Should I print a receipt to show the tour guide?

It won’t be needed, nobody will ask for it, but it might be a good idea to have your confirmation/reservation mail that is immediately emailed to you after you make your reservation.

How much does it cost to do a private tour?

Are there any extra fees that I will have to pay on top of the listed price?

Our listed prices are without a PayPal fee, the checkout page shows the details of the Payment. Also, on every single page tour in the form you have the price and PayPal fee.

Do I need to pay to confirm?

yes, you must pay to confirm your reservation. if you don’t pay the status of your reservation is pending.

What should I wear?

Wear whatever is comfortable. It is recommended to have a sturdy pair of trail shoes, boots, or sneakers. It is preferable to dress in layers and wear clothing that will wick away perspiration and keep you dry and comfortable.

Also, depends on the season of the year and the places involved but here in Peru rainy season is between November and March. If you want more precise information don’t hesitate to contact us after your reservation we will be happy to assist you.

What do I need to bring?

You must carry cash with your Dollars or Soles because while the excursion is not sure people are going to take cards. We do suggest you bring appropriate clothing to fit the season and a day pack to carry extra snacks and water.

Do I have to make a reservation or can I just show up?

Certainly. Yes, it is necessary to make reservations to secure slots for all tours. Having reservations assists us in assessing the required number of guides to maintain manageable and enjoyable group sizes. Additionally, reservations enable us to keep you informed of any tour changes caused by weather conditions or unforeseen disruptions.

How to book a tour or package?

You can book a tour by filling out the form on the tours page and then on the checkout page completing the rest of the information such as the pick-up place or starting point then completing the payment. If you have any doubts you can contact we are going to send you a quote and invoice.

How long in advance should I make reservation?

We suggest you confirm as soon as you have the date of travel because some services are limited places such as train, bus tickets, and even tours.
