How does it work?

This book is regulated by Law N° 29571 — Consumer Protection and Defense Code, and MINCETUR regulations for tourism service providers.

Claim (Reclamo) Dissatisfaction regarding a product or service purchased.
Complaint (Queja) Dissatisfaction with the attention or treatment received, not directly related to the product or service.
Response deadline We will respond within 30 calendar days as required by Law 29571.
Confirmation You will receive a confirmation email with your registration number.
